Kansas City Runs?

First off, where in KC will you be staying when you come?  That will make a big difference on where to run.  Weather in late March is questionable - pack everything!  Seriously, I've seen snow in March, and I've seen upper 70's.  Also, do you prefer trail running, road running, a mixture?  Let us know where you're staying and what you prefer to run on, and we'll help you out.

If you want less terrifying trails to run on, there is a fairly flat, cinder track trail east of KC that I run on.  It's 11 miles one way with fairly accurate mile markers and it takes you away from civilization.
