It was good. I took on the hill at 22...ran the whole way up, then payed for it on the downhill. I was on pace to make Boston, but on well! Next time!

Good job! You were right behind me! That second hill was SICK, but at least it gave us something different and a nice view. You probably saw me, I was running w/ one other guy and we were flying up/down that hill and into the finish. Anyways, have a good recovery.

Yeah, that BBQ was wicked good. I didn't really have an appetite, but after I ate it I was glad. That Mich Ultra hit the spot, too. Although I think I was more buzzed by the endorphines than anything.

I was licking the Baked Lays bag...the salt was so good! I have learned to wait on the beer...if I drink right when I am done with a race (run or tri), I either get nauseated or really drunk with just a few sips...not too much fun! hehe!
