Subject: Nike Running shoes with no laces?
I have an old pair of racing shoes made by nike. They are white with NO laces. They just have straps of stretchy plastic across them and you slide your foot in.

They MAY be called Nike Presto, don't know for sure. I have looked on Ebay and the Prestos I see there seem different.

I LOVE them for triathlons. They make the T2 transition VERY fast. Anyone know if Nike still makes them or where I could buy some new or even just newer ones?

Or any shoe which you can just slide on, but it has to be Nike as I know their shoes work very well for me. thank you

You can stick Yankz http://www.yankz.com/on any shoe and make them work the same way. I use them on my shoes and they work great!

Thanks for the suggestion.

They actually only come in s, m, l, XL

Bump for anyone?

Kinda sorta sound like the old Huraches from way back.....  The new ones don't look like that though.

They look similar to these. http://cgi.ebay.com/Nike-Air-Presto-Sock-Running-Lace-Free-Shoes-Si...

BUT the sole says BRS-1000 like these

They are fantastic for t2 and just feel great. No messing with those over engineered lacing systems etc.

Why is it the triathlon equipment I like they stop making or is difficult to get lol

Anyone else like things like the old lace up LEATHER bike shoes, they were lighter and molded to you foot. The new ones are bulky and too heavy.

I found them!!!

They are called Nike Faze. Looks like not too many available and this pair is already up to $50 incl shipping and the auction doesn't end for 5 days.

http://cgi.ebay.com/NEW-MENS-NIKE-AIR-PRESTO-FAZE-RUNNING-SHOES-XL-...

Looks like Nike ID is accepting a lower number of orders for the next week.

I am not too clear on how Nike ID works but I can't see how they would do this shoe but who knows I will give it a try.

Thanks again to everyone!
