Wow, great race!  Man, another guy that can run well after swimming and biking.  I guess that's what makes this sport so much fun, everyone seems to have strengths and weaknesses in different areas.  Fantastic result, now you're hooked!

Thanks for the feedback!

My weekness is very much in the swim, and not for the endurance. I can't seem to breath so I spend a lot of energy keeping my head WAY out of the water with the worst form possible. Not sure what the problem is. I try and hit the pool twice a week and simply work on form. I know a lot of people rave about the TI book, I just haven't got around to getting it yet.

I read a lot of people don't like the run. From my take on what I read, most people survive the swim, enjoy the bike, fear the run. I don't see it. All that's left is one foot in front of the other. Do some bricks occationally, and it works itself out. But that is simply my point of view.
