People kept stopping in front of me. I ran into stopped people 6 or 7 times. I went in slow, because I thought I would be a slow swimmer. However I could have swam much faster, and I should start a little faster.
What would you do differently?:

Get out in front of others.

What would you do differently?:

Next Time I will hurry through the transition, and catch my breath on the bike. Other than that everything was smooth.

Good ride, I wasn't sure what to expect.
What would you do differently?:

I would like to get Aero bars on my bike, and maybe some racing tires. I need to find some bikers with a faster pace, and then keep up with them. I am not good at pushing myself on the bike. I can keep up with anyone if I try.

Decent Pace - I could run 2 - 3 minutes faster. It was my first race, so I went at a slow pace the first mile, and then increased it every mile. I could probably start out a little faster in the future.

Warm down:

Walking and stretching. A lot of stretching.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Other swimmers. Not knowing how hard certain things were going to be (holding back). Not knowing the course. Not pushing myself on the bike portion. We'll see if I learned my lesson next week!!!!!
