Anyone know how the transitions are setup at Whitelake? Are they done with transition bags and change tents IM style? or like the sprints with everything at the bike?

Thanks

The transitions are the same as the sprints. Everything is at the bike rack. You remove your own wetsuit.

Ok Thanks. By looking at last year's results The t'times seemed like they were much slower overall than the sprints I've done and wondered if people were changing to bike shorts and how. I'd like to use this to simulate/prep for IM in Nov.

Thanks

T times at HIM races are always slower than sprint races. Because of the longer distances involved you have to make sure that you have your nutrition, clothing etc...also sprints are all out races not like HIM which are done below treshold pace.
As far as the total race times White Lake has the highest percentage of top athletes and fast times on the East Coast.
