I have a question.  On the pre-surgery instruction sheet, it says "nail polish must be removed".   I assume that if you have acrylic nails, that the acrylic nails must come off as well right?

I know, might be a stupid question, but when it comes to surgery, I'm stupid ignorant.Undecided

Oxygen sensor (pulse oximeter) probes won't read through nail polish. They put one on your finger to measure blood oxygen levels and heart rate.
