Expert  771    Farmington, MI |  Subject: FAST Practice Tri 6/30 @ ILRAFAST is holding a TRI Training Event this Saturday morning at Island Lake Recreation Area with Sprint/Olympic/and Long Courses. It will be self-timed but there will be liquids available. The event is free to members and there's only a $3 recommended donation for non-members.
