Subject: looking to lose a few pounds before Ironman in 3 weeks I'm been training since december and eating prettry healthy not restricting too many calories and I lost a little weight , gain lots of muscles and feel real healthy. I would like to lose maybe 5-8 pds of weight without hurting my stanima or losing any of those "lean muscles" before my race at the IMLP. I think it would help me in my race and since I'm going to taper anyway in the next couple of weeks I figured that I could go on a somewhat restritive calorie diet without hurting anything. As anybody been able to do that ? What would be the best way to insure this ?
