200 people in the wave, very busy and choppy.

Had a good swim though and managed to stay out of trouble

Good solid transition, got into my shoes very easily.
Had put body glide on them earlier which I think made a big difference

Results were a bit wrong which makes them all a bit meaningless.
Timing chips would make a big difference. I understand they will be using them next yr.

Course: After the bike the run seemed quite tough. It was over relatively quickly but my diaphragm went into spasm and it was tough to breathe over the last 2K. Would say it was a good run though.
