Comments: At YMCA week before- 23 minutes. Transition 1

Comments: Felt good-went out strong. Hills were tough! Got new tires that day before-maxxis refuse-felt good One bottle with Accelerade One bottle with water Used one Gu. What would you do differently?: Can't think of anything Transition 2

Comments: Tough at first Hills tough Right front shin tightened up-stopped several times to stretch it out Going up was tough- but down was worse Felt very good on flat at end- like I could have kept going. What would you do differently?: Make sure shoes are tied on tightly enough at start of run. Post race
