Subject: Swimming in North County(STL)
Florissant Valley offers a morning lap swim from 6:30-7:45 Monday through Friday. It runs from September 4 through November 30 and the cost is $50. I signeed up this past spring and I was never sharing a lane with more than a couple people, often had it to myself.

Hope to see you there, also let me know where you swim.

i swim at the JCC off lindbergh and schuetz. when gold's open's i'll swim there too! I can't wait.

here's a bike tip though...i love riding at creve couer when i'm doing intervals or time trials, but this afternoon i went to columbia bottoms and rode there (on the road, the bike path is a bit too debris for me) it was great--flat and no traffic.

Do you ever ride from the Sam Vadalabene trail from Clark Bridge to Pere Marquette? That trail is pretty nice and well kept.

Do you know if Gold's has a swimming only option? I already have a qym at work as well as equipment at home.
