Since it's almost in my backyard, I feel like I have to do it. I've convinced my DH to do a relay with me. He is faster than I am on the bike. That leaves me with 10K of running. Yikes!

Like last year, I'll be there volunteering. This race is on the roads and trails that I have trained on hundreds of times (just a couple miles from my house) and I can say that the course is very nice. The bike course should be fast even though there is a challenging climb just a couple miles into it.

I'll be there.  I know we'll have a few others from our TriRochester club.  I missed last year cause we were out of town.  I do have a wedding in the Cities later in the day but should be able to get the race in and hang out for at least awhile with no problems.  

I know they are still looking for more volunteers, so please help out if you can.

My husband and I are doing the relay.  He's much stronger on the bike, so that leaves the run to me.  At least I don't have to scale Genoa Hill. Tongue out

Trying to heal some I.T. Band issues.  Brother is racing so I think I'll come down to volunteer if they still need help.  I'll be the guy wearing a red Gear West hat, make sure you say hi.
