Places to run Stadiums in Raleigh

Get friendly with the manager of a high rise hotel/apartment/office building. We even have a office tower that has a "Bop to the Top" race here every year in Indianapolis. It never hurts to ask.

If you are going to run steps at an office tower, make sure they know what you are doing and why - here in Indy, if you just start running the steps without, you'll likely end up in jail since 9/11.

We also run the flood control levy around the lake at the park. It's about 20 feet high, and running up and down it 25 times will wear you out.
