Subject: For those suffering from PF or other foot/arch problems For those suffering from PF or other foot/arch problems, and I know there are a number of you out there like me, I found a foot exercise yesterday. It's called Short Foot Posture, and it's for strengthening the muscles in the foot arch to assist with issues such as Plantar Fasciitis.
I've asked that this to be added to the list of exercises on BT. I did a set as described yesterday and I could feel my arch right away and my foot felt better afterwards. This at least gives me a way to be proactive with my PF issue instead of the usual. Hope it helps! |
