Subject: Karbona carbon fiber Triathlon and Time Trial bikes
I have recently found a new web site selling carbon fiber triathlon and time trial frames called Karbona Bikes at http://www.karbonabikes.com. I was wondering whether anyone has heard of this make, as I am keen to buy one of their custom bike builds?? Please let me know your comments!

Decent bike, especially for the price. There are quite a few companies selling this bike under different names, Planet X, Karbona, Ditec, Dolan (I think...).

Just remember that the geometry is somewhat a compromise between a TT (i.e. UCI legal) and a tri geometry. This may or may not be a drawback though, depending on fit.

I know one guy who just got a complete setup (bike/wheelset), a pro athlete even. he was very happy with it. and that wasnt even considering the pricetag, which is quite nice as per what i have heard.

has anyone heard of the new Tommaso bike company or know anything about their new TT/TRI bikes.  I know that they have picked up james hadley as a sponsored pro for 2010 and am wondering if their products are any good.

The site is really worth taking a look at, if you want to buy a customised Track, Time Trial or Traithlon bike. Another branded frame from Taiwan. Great quality made by a company called Advanced.
