Pre-race routine:

Got up 1 1/2 before the race. Powebar and Coffee. Had some prayer time and used restroom twice.

The first 18 were good but walked the last 8, I did not put many long runs since Ironman. But I did improvemy time 9 minutes over last year.
What would you do differently?:

Put in more miles andtake off some more weight. I hope to be at 210 by Ironman Louisville.
