First time back in the pool in a loooong time

So yesterday I finally got back into the pool. Even when I swam in the past I didn't have any coaching, but always enjoyed it besides the chlorine (not a huge fan, but what can you do)
Anyway I have ALOT of work to do. Oh, and I was hella sore today. So today I got in touch with a coach (friend of a friend) and will start training with him next week. Im excited and nervous at the same time. I've always been a bit self conscious and remember hating swim class as a kid, but I know I need it and it will only help me. I feel grateful to have this resource as well.
