Over all I've been very happy with this shoe. I am a fore foot striker and had been using a shoe with a substantial wedge to it. These shoes are much quicker and lighter than my last pair. The ride is fairly cushy and there is really no support if you pronate.

I would recommend these if you are looking to get into a more minimalist shoe but not yet ready for FiveFingers or a more slipper like shoe (such as the New Balance Minimus).

The only weakness on these shoes is the sole life. I've got about 200+ miles on them and the soles seem to be taking a pretty good beating. I'll have to see when they get to 500 miles.

UPDATE: These shoes do wear out pretty fast, especially compared to the Mizuno Wave's I used to run in. I got about 450 miles before I had to retire them. Got a new orange pair though and I love them just as much.

I am very pleased with my performance improvement with the purchase of this model.

A good mid-level suit but you've got to be REALLY careful with the material when taking it on or off.

For my vanity reasons alone, because the marks these leave on my face is so bad, I may have to try another type of goggles, but I really love how these goggles feel and perform.

Overall if your on a tight budget I would recommend this bike. It's value is great. Don't let me scare you away by saying it's not the best racing bike.

I guess for the money, I'd definitely buy it again.

So far I am really enjoying my first triathlon bike, I would recommend this bike to others.

I don't know if this would be the bike to pound out the centuries on (I'll have to update as I get some real miles on it), but it's light and fast which suits part time triathlon use perfectly.

Nice decent mid-range helmet that comes in sizes for those of us with big heads.
