  • Comments: Of the 35,000 people there....the ONLY person I recognized was the disc jockey....who I remember being much much cuter when I knew him thirty years ago.....he's turned into an old man!!! Of course, I've aged too...but we're not going there.

  • Comments: This was a good race. Tons of interesting people, good pace booty (sorry!!), a good race shirt but please make sure walkers are in the back of the pack. As I age I will curse this decision but for now it would be a good idea!!

  • Comments: If you hate crowds stay away. The start was to narrow and poorly set up. I crossed start 12 minutes after the gun. Even though there is a walking start people lined up at runners paces and walk immediately after start. Not recommended for people that want space and proper race etiquette. If you like fun party atmosphere race it is highly recomended.

  • Comments: Although I marked No to organized, that only refers to the starting area. The organization overall was very good. The volunteers were overwhelmed at times. Maybe capping the number of entries at a lower number would help this race.

  • Comments: They let too many people do the race this year....the organizers did their best to get people seeded well by having signs with expected finish times...but everyone ignored them. There were grandmas at the start line next to the Kenyans. What a mess. The first water station was a total mess...I didn't stop, but you had to wait in line as they poured water into your cup...Crazy!

  • Comments: Since the 15K was just before it, there were loads of post-race aid stations...food, drink, medical, you name it. Probably the best part of the race itself...I got some really good honey wheat bread from the Great Harvest station.
