  • Comments: First run in my new Asics Nimbus 11's. I love them! No pain or discomfort in knees or outsides of feet.

  • Comments: pretty solid run considering my back has been bothering me the past month, 5 visits to the chiropractor and then hernia surgery 3 weeks ago.
