  • Comments: This race was fantastic! It was a very small event but considering that it was very well organized and well run. There weren't plenty of drink stations, as i indicated above, but there didn't need to be considering the distances involved. Everyone at the race was wonderful, and I'm happy this was the start of my first season getting into duathlons and triathlons!!

  • Comments: Major leg and foot cramps after while swimming at the YMCA. Must have been too low on water, electrolytes or potassium. Go for the banana loading prior to the event.

  • Comments: Could be a great race. Course was just right (for me). I am aggravated about the volunteer sending me in the wrong direction, which was due to the fact that there weren't any volunteers blocking the wrong way. The race results weren't posted up until after the race was over, so only the top 60 or so racers could find out their time. Still, good event.

  • Comments: This is a great race for the cause and the different type of race. The course is not too challenging, but it is fun. There was one issue with the course: no one directing people into the single track trail so about 5 riders were passing by on the road as I was coming out the trail. meaning they did not do the trail. karma will get back to them:) good music and very friendly atmosphere! will be back
