  • Comments: Good course but the field was thin as most of the fast folks didn't double up and only ran the 10k. Free pizza, free beer, PR in the 10k and won my AG in the 5k. Good day!

  • Comments: Pro: Great course, great post race pizza/beer, good field, as always RFYL puts on a great race Con: only one water station at mile 4, started the hand bikes at the same time as the runners leaving a wall to try to get around at the start.

  • Comments: My wife and I do this race every year. It is fun, lot's of great people, well organized, and has a GREAT after race with free beer and pizza.
