Comments: I went into the race determined to take it easy and not get too keyed up as I only recently found out my health was ok and I could officially continue with training. I really enjoyed the race and I think I may do it again someday. The course was pretty and much better marked than the last time I did this race. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the temperature was perfect.

Comments: This was the 4th annual. I did the sprint in '08 and '10. This is the 1st year doing the olympic. They get better with their organization every year. It is a really tough course. Toughest I have done - including the Door County 1/2 Iron -- which is tough in its own right. I enjoyed myself. I missed the extra short bike of the sprint though. We'll see what I do next year. Maybe I could get to an age group award in the oly. Was 2nd in my AG last year for the sprint. Maybe go back to that???
