  • Comments: My biggest problem with this race is you have to wait for the results for 2-3 days.

  • Comments: No drink stations on any part of the course but with it being a sprint don't really know if it would be needed but I could've used one. Not post race awards or anything afterwards. They did have bananas, grapes, oranges and refreshments. I would do this race again. Race map was off but like i said they had good amount of volunteers directing you. Should have an awards ceremony. Race results will not be available until Monday at which I will post on here.

  • Comments: Weather (which the race couldn't control) made this less enjoyable. Also the active train tracks might have presented a problem (and I thought I heard a couple of runners got caught by a train) There was plenty of other options for routes. One other issue was a 90 degree turn on the bike where a gravel road come in. Lots of loose gravel, blind spot for cars coming up the road and no volunteer posted. Had to almost stop to make the turn for safety. Also the last hill on the bike was on a state highway and there was no turn arrow for the bike (just the run) and no volunteer at that turn. When I came back on the same section of the run there was a arrow but it was on the sidewalk and couldn't be seen from the road. Would have been easy to miss the turn. I would do this race again though.

  • Comments: Had a really good time at this race. It was very laid back, and thus a good one for the start of the season. The people were extremely nice, including the race organizer. One big plus is that they have an awesome Y facility for the kids, including a climbing wall, trampoline basketball, batting cages, and incredible play place. We went there Friday night and Saturday after the race. They also fed our entire family for $5 on Friday night. Great spaghetti dinner with brownies and a bunch of salad stuff. Excellente!

  • Comments: Small Tri but was organized and fun. Weather just needed to be a bit warmer.
