  • Comments: I was pretty geeked, this is a 7 min improvement over the last time i did this race in 2007. yeah!!! Pops finished 4 min faster than the last time we were here too...

  • Comments: More consistent training in the weeks leading up to the race and a better race week strategy should have resulted in a better overall time. I had fun but was dissapointed with the end outcome.

  • Comments: Needed hydration stations on the bike, or someplace to throw our trash on the bike. Hate to leave it on the side of the road.

  • Comments: Left as soon as transition opened...an hour and a half after finishing. many people still out on the course. no real "post race activity"
