  • Comments: Let me just say -- something weird happened, because when results were first posted, it said that I did 11 minutes on the swim...then it changed to eight. It said Nick did 15 minutes on the swim and then 28 minutes on the run...now it says 12 minute swim and 31 minute run. The race director did not apologize until we sent a number of emails regarding this issue and even then blamed the volunteer who was not in place. A simple sorry and acknowledgement that missing a turn is NOT OKAY would have been nice. It's tough because we really wanted to love this race, but WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT>

  • Comments: There were a ton of mistakes made and I had to pay 70 dollars for this race. All they had were large t shirts and the numbers were from an old race. The bike numbers were hand written on paper and had to be zip tied on. Then all the course mistakes. I wrote the director and asked for a refund minus what goes to Childrens hospital and it will be interesting to see what happens.

  • Comments: Will do it again as it's very close to home, and now I know the course and can ride it often if I want to :) They weren't really that apologetic about us all getting lost. The little kid that did the whole tri - he was 13, ended up doing 29 frikken miles!!! Rachel had gone so far she needed a ride back to the park!
