  • Comments: This is a pretty small race and so there really wasn't a lot of accoutremont. The course as I mentioned was a little long in the swim. .It started about 5 o r10 minutes late, no biggie. There was only a drink station at the half way mark of the run, but that seemed OK to me. Really not much in the way of post race stuff - or maybe I just finished too late. LOL.

  • Comments: This is the third year for this race, but my first time. I will definitely do this one again. If one was in shape and it was dry, that course could be utterly hammered.

  • Comments: Its my 3rd Tri, first ocean swim. Man I hate ocean swims, but I will get better! This is a great race, inexpensive compared to other sprints in the area.

  • Comments: This was a good flat sprint tri. It has great competition and good for first timers too. The race was delayed but I think that was a good thing. I would have been too rushed. The state park has limited bathrooms and they were closed in the beginning. We could have used a few more port-o-pots. And the beach was full of garbage washing up from the ocean - yuck! They only had water at the transition. It would have been nice to have water along with the sports drink at the run turn around. But overall this was a good race.
