  • Comments: It might be better to stagger the half and the full starters as the staging area is too small and very crowded! Also, everyone is supposed to line up by pace, but obvuisly people do not honor it as I was passing walkers very early in the race and positioned myself in the back of the 9 minute group. Post race food and drink looked good but we did not participate.

  • Comments: This was a fun race...well-organized, fast, easy logistics when you stay on the island. Courses don't get much faster. This would be a great BQ race some day.

  • Comments: Lots of volunteers, a good bit of confusion getting to the course...not a great start/lack of corrals. Pretty course, but virtually no spectators...and I gots to have me some clapping. A high five from a four year old was about all I got. Oh, and I got to see my honey on a switchback about mile 5 (his mile 7). That was a bright spot. :)

  • Comments: I enjoyed doing this race. It was great to walk to the start and walk back after. I saw a lot of friends, the temperture was great. A little cold at the start but perfect for the rest of the time. The post race food was really good and the volunteers were great. I will definitely plan on doing it again. Can't say I would want to do the marathon though, I think I would get really bored doig that loop twice.

  • Comments: This is a great race for beginners. The course is very flat and the weather doesn't let you overheat. The view is great and the people I have met there are quite nice. I am making this an annual event. I may do the M next year or concentrate on decreasing my time. We will see!

  • Comments: Great race. Catherine, Rachel, Earl and Scooty were there. C and I ran the half and Earl ran the full (5.5 hrs)
