  • Comments: Thanks to the volunteers for braving the elements. While it was cold for the racers, I'm sure it was even harder on the volunteers.

  • Comments: Did the bike segment for a relay team (TVOS TV) so no swim or run data. Posted results say our team was 5th but team that placed first had a 60.7 km/hr average speed on the bike and the second place team had an impossible time and came in almost half an hour before the third place team, go figure.

  • Comments: I have to give this race a 5'er. The ocean swim, closed course bike leg and run couse through Stanley Park...it doesn't get much better.

  • Comments: This race was so much fun. I really really enjoyed myself and thought it was a great introduction to the sport. The racers were super great and encouraging, the crowd was super supportive and the event was completely top notch. It was also really cool being part of a race that had world class athletes competing. The guy that was first out of the water for the first wave of olympic racers finished his 1500 faster than I did my 750!! That was really cool, not that I was so slow but that he was a speed machine. That also goes for all the speed demons on the bikes. Really really cool to see all that raw power in action. It was a five star event and I'm looking forward to doing the olympic next year and hopefully (fingers crossed) I won't have to deal with the issue of being hit by a car!! Great great event.

  • Comments: Great race, will look at doing it again for sure next year. Didn't win any swag so it is only a 4/5. Stupid give aways. I never win anything.

  • Comments: Well this was the first and last race. I am very proud to say I finally did it. and the race report too so that it posted and no one can say there waiting any more
