Comments: I have to be happy with a 6 minute improvement and a 2nd place in age group and 14th overall. The hard work is paying off.

Comments: For a first race this was really well organised. I'd definitely do it again, but it's a pity that it's so early in the morning. This was Dan Norton's first race, and he blew me away in the run. Up until that point we were about even. It's looking like he's going to be pretty good at this stuff.
