  • Comments: Awesome race and course. Having said that, I don't think I would do this race again. Too many participants which make for a late wave start for me. Don't like starting the run at 9:30. I don't understand why they don't start this event an earlier????

  • Comments: "A" race. Love it. Although I can't deal with the heat. I'm doing one of two things for next year. 1.) losing 30 pounds and racing at 185 or 2.) switching to the 35-39 year old Wave so I can get an earlier start. Kudos to Larry and Michelle and CGI on another tremendous event! Here's to many more...

  • Comments: very hot day, loved the firehose on the run course, although it made my orthotics in my shoes very squeaky. did good job eating and hydrating before race. no problems with the heat, dropped 10 minutes off my time from last years race
