  • Comments: As always, Memphis put on a great race-- and the post-race barbecue was better than ever. I'll be back again next year. But long before then, I have a few more personal demons to slay. Are you reading, Mr. Benson?

  • Comments: This is a good race an I'd come down for it again. Its nice to have an OWS with warm water so early in the year (I'm from Wisconsin).

  • Comments: Seeing how this was my first Olympic distance triathlon, I would have to say that I am rather pleased with my performance. I had two goals going into the race. First was just to finish the race. Second was to finish in under 3 hours. Check! Check! Plan on competing in one more triathlon this year (Dragonfly). Contemplating competing in the ironman florida 70.3 this time next year. I have run a couple of half marathons and one marathon. I have also ridden several organized longer rides. With these experiences and the triathlon experience from this year, I think that would be a nice challenge....

  • Comments: This is a great race, I even got back in time to watch the pros swim. I had waited a year to race this race again because I was so disappointed with my time last year, and I feel like I am making such improvements every race!

  • Comments: As always, this was a great race, very well organized. I like the fact that organizers listened to the racers and did the starting order for age groups by lottery. It was also cool to get to watch the pros, because I was done by the time they started.

  • Comments: purchased a hat during registration and they never got me a hat b/c they sold them all, but they did come back and replace with a visor. Don' like race t-shirt at all. EVERYTHING else about race was great-atmosphere, people, volunteers, food, security in transition area- all great.

  • Comments: Great race firt of this distance for me- was not prepaired of the wind fell apart on the swim- will be prepaired next year.
