  • Comments: Great first triathlon. I was overall ok with my performance. I took note of all the little things that would have cut a couple of minutes here and there. I need to increase my intensity. Gave me a great marker for pointing out where I need work.

  • Comments: If I was to complain about anything was the hike to get to post race activities. It was a nice park and all, but it took so long to get there after the race. I would have preferred having hte post race right where the finish was, there seemed plenty of room.

  • Comments: Betty and gang do a great job.I recommend race to anybody wanting a flat course sort fo early in season.

  • Comments: I love this race. It was my first OW tri last year. It is a great event. It was fun being on a team and getting my running buddies interested in tri's. :)
