  • Comments: Race was really fun, it was nice to be in the pointy end of the field for once. I loved running with friends then cheering them into the finish. Sad that this was the last year of the race.

  • Comments: Ummmm.....its Disney, that means awful early times, lots of walkers and warm powerade. It also means nice medals, decent expo and a fun time.

  • Comments: The volunteers were great! The 5k the day before was fun. I love a race that has finisher medals! The goody bags was stuffed. My only suggestion would be to change the course to run the loop around Magic Kingdom/Epcot, would be much more interesting.

  • Comments: Need more porta potties!!!! Jury is still out on the singlet rather than t shirt for the race shirt. Medal was pretty nice but would like a Minnie head to go with the Mickey head I already have and the Donald and Goofy I'm planning on acquiring in 2007. Liked the music out along the course- it really seemed to fly by.

  • Comments: First time for this race. Only 5 water stops, coulda used a few more. Woulda been nice to have some COLD drinks at the end of the race too. It was hot to me, and I love the heat! Awesome medals!!

  • Comments: As always, Disney had TONS of volunteers and LOTS of course marking and water stops and potties. I think that is mostly to make sure we don't sneak into the park or dirty up the bathrooms for the guests :-) I'd definitely recommend this race, and my friend C1 is talking about signing up for the half marathon in January - of course, she's a Disney Nut so it's a natural, but so happy to share this with some girlfriends - now to find one that will run with me!
