  • Comments: I wanted to cut 5 minutes off my time from last year. I ended up cutting off 4:12. So, I didn't quite hit my goal. I thought the majority of the time I would cut on the bike, and I did. I was surprised to cut a minute off the run. That was nice.

  • Comments: This is a very excellent race! Highly recommended! I've never done this race before, but I'm sure to do it again. I'm pleased overall with my first longer-than-a-sprint effort, and look forward (!) to my first full oly next month. Great as always to see the BTers! Great job everyone!

  • Comments: This race is so well organized and has such a friendly feel to it, even with 1300 racers. It draws a lot of talent and people keep coming back year after year. I will keep doing it!

  • Comments: This was my first time at Heart of Lakes. What a tremendous race this is. Extremely well organized, tons of volunteers, well marked courses, great venue. Higly recommend it.

  • Comments: I loved this race. The volunteers were unbelievable and everyone was so nice. Water stations and sponges dipped in ice water were great. Kelly and I will make this a regular race on our schedule from now on.
