  • Comments: First Triathlon - was just right difficulty for me. Well organized, well staffed. Easy to navigate. Lots of good sponsors. Post-race activities were fun and well attended. Starts were about 5 mins late, which I consider to be 'on-time' One of my club colleagues had a mix-up with her timing chip, so had 2 numbers. She was understandably perturbed about that, but seemed to all work out in the end. Fun race. Not much to compare it to, so give it a '5'. Will do again.

  • Comments: This was a really fun race despite the start (getting parked and from car) difficulties. I heard that the reservoir had more water than anticipated and took out a lot of the parking. It would be nice if they enlarged the transition area or put the pros and elites somewhere else. Hell they have their own wave so it's not like having their transition area closer to the water is going to affect anyone not in that group. Also, they ran out of beer. I know should not matter but I was really looking forward to that beer!

  • Comments: Great venue, Great swag. If you don't get there early parking gets tough and the transition area gets full. I liked the bike entrance better than the Reservoir Tri set up. I only stayed around long enough to eat a little and get results. The band and free beer was a nice touch

  • Comments: This is a fun race. Good course, well organized. However, I think they allow too many entrants. 800 or so for the area is too much. There is not enough parking or racks for that many athletes. Overall, I like this race, but they need to think about either not as many athletes, or shuttles from some off-site parking.
