  • Comments: I crossed the line and the clock said 2:17:20 but the results have me at 2:17:37/ No big deal but I can't figure out where the extra 17 seconds came from.

  • Comments: This was a really fun race, and i will be back next year. The campground atmosphere was really cool. I even asked one lady who was cooking bacon and eggs if I could have some to go! Lots of positive energy. Just a really cool way to spend a Sunday morning.

  • Comments: I am overall decently happy except for my run performance. I should have been under 42 minutes. I am addicted to this new pain giving sport. I am super stoked for training over the next month and half for the two remaining Oly Triathlons I am doing. Feels awesome to be a Triathlete.

  • Comments: Overall, I can say this was my best race performance to date! I crossed the finsh line with a smile on my face. I had completed all 3 legs with my best performances and times and although I could have pushed a little harder I have no regrets about this race. I am on a high and I feel like this was a great B race warm up for Steelhead! Bring it on!

  • Comments: Third time for this race and it is one of my favorites. Nice woodsy area for the transition, lake swim is fine and bike course is cool as well. Just a well done event.

  • Comments: Great and numerous volunteers! The race ran out of medals by the time I finished :( but gave out lots of awards for age-group, etc. It was well-organized but it seems like that with the event growing, the sprint/du bike course should be separate from the oly for logistics reasons.

  • Comments: A good race at a beautiful venue. It was obvious that the Cherry Festival had taken away quite a few of their volunteers (aid stations could have been manned better).

  • Comments: This was an amazing race. The bike course passed Interlochen Music Camp and the students were out playing songs. Part of the run was through the state park campground, the campers cheered us on and the kids shot us with their squirt guns. There were a bunch of cherring sections outside of the campground as well.
