  • Comments: These folks did an excellent job and put on a great race. The race volunteers were fabulous. It really did exceed my expectations. Even Mother Nature cooperated and gave us a warm and sunny race day. It was a fantastic experience and I'm looking forward to next years race already! Good job folks!

  • Comments: Still waiting to get my times for the bike and run. I felt like there was a lot of extra time in the morning. Arrived at 7:50am. Checked in. Mandatory meeting at 8am. First heat started swim at 8:30am. After wave was finished and next heat was ready to start, they made us wait so that we stuck to the schedule. I was in the last wave (4) and did not get in the water until 9:45.

  • Comments: I say this race was organized because the course was very easy to follow and the volunteers on the course were wonderful. The initial organization was bad which led to a very late start. It would have helped participants and voluteers alike to have packet pick-up the evening before the race. The race director was very nice and helpful when I discovered that a part was missing from my bike. He made sure that I had the part I needed and made it a point to ask me if everything worked ok after I finished the race. I would do this race again.
