1750 Yard Beginner Swim Workouts
This month, we’re changing up the drills and they are a bit more complex. Stroke length and getting more into changing speeds is introduced.
Practice these three workouts each week for 4 weeks. This month, we’re changing up the drills and they are a bit more complex. But even more fun!
Stroke length and getting more into changing speeds is introduced this month. Focus on completing the workouts and notice the changes to your stroke. Also, this may be a good time to keep a log of stroke counts and even time on certain sets.
Workouts are all quantified in yards. If you swim in a 25 or 50 meter pool, keep in mind that you will be doing a bit extra with each workout. Each months' workouts will also come with a glossary of terms at the end so you don't get confused.
Feel free to modify the workouts as needed, but do your best to complete everything.
