Member Question: Soy or Whey?
Athletes are using all varieties of protein products, from bars, drinks and powder, and not seeing significant results, consequently recovery time and risk for injury increases.

I'm wondering if anyone can provide some insight on the benefits of soy and/or whey protein and the differences between the two of them. This will help members make educated decisions on what is best for them.
