Member Question: Never Full
I usually have at least one workout per day, sometimes two or three, but I spend about all in-between time eating. I am not gaining weight, but I am not losing weight either. Should I be concerned?

"I am 22 years old, about 5'11”, and weigh around 153 lbs. I usually have at least one workout per day, sometimes two or three, but I spend just about all in-between time eating. I have heard that if you eat a huge breakfast it can help curb your appetite throughout the day, but I feel like this doesn't work for me.
I can eat a huge meal and be ready to eat another huge meal about 30 minutes to an hour later. This is especially more pronounced on days when I have two or three workouts. On these days I probably easily eat in the three to four thousand calorie range. I am not gaining weight, but I am not really losing weight either. I know this probably correlates in some way with the amount I train, but should I be concerned at all?"

If you are an athlete attempting to lose weight, maintain weight, or tone up, you should never feel restricted or starved with your food intake. [.....]
