I'm sure what is more important is what type of vitamin and mineral spectrum to look for that would support a triathlete and our diets. Can you recommend a vitamin and mineral complex to supplement our training."

Athletes generally require a higher quantity of nutrients than the every-day health-seeker. Regardless of your current fitness level, if you train your body on a daily basis in order to become stronger, faster, leaner or more powerful, it is important that you provide your body with the best possible dietary nutrients in order to stay healthy and in top form.
