Member Question: Late Night Snacking
My hunger stays under control well enough throughout the day eating every couple hours but come 9:00 pm I am again craving something sweet and if I don't eat I don't sleep.
Question from RADAR987
"The second part of my question relates to my late night snacking, I follow BT advice eating several smaller meals a day. My shopping bag I take to work every day is a bit big but when you have 3 or 4 pieces of fruit and and a sandwich in it, that's alot of eating. My hunger stays under control well enough as I snack throughout the day eating every couple hours but come 9:00 pm I am again craving something sweet and if I don't eat I don't sleep but have a bowl of cereal and toast and peanut butter or honey and life is good and I settle into a great rest (but I feel guilty after all that discipline all day just to binge every night)."

Certainly, ridding your house of all sweets, cereals, breads and chocolate may seem like a practical method of avoiding sabotaging foods which prevent you from reaching your ideal weight. One would think if only fruits and veggies were available it would be simple to lose weight and hard to feed a sugary or fattening craving. [.....]
