Supplements to Lose Weight?
Far too many people are looking for quick body composition fixes, easy exercise programs and anything to keep their eating habits (and waistlines) under control.
Hoodia, hydroxycut, and the like...anyone every try these? My appetite is HUGE from working out so much and I can't get the snacking under control! I'm at my wits end and I don't want to go broke trying to loose the 10 pound gut.
We live in a society where healthy food choices are overpriced and junk food is inexpensive. Many people receive the majority of their nutrients from pills because they do not receive the essential vitamins and minerals from foods in their diet. The family dinner is no longer prepared at home but ordered through a window and devoured in a car. Meal-replacement bars have replaced homemade lunches and our breakfast meal is overlooked due to a little extra snooze-time.
