My question is: how do YOU keep yourself hydrated and what do you do for nutrition on a 3 mile swim? I tend to get cramps in my calves at about mile 2 or so, I think electrolyte might help, but how? You don't need nutrition or hydration for a 3 mile. Just drink and eat plenty beforehand. It's just like doing a 5k set in the pool.... |
