I'm in. Not exactly excited about where I am with only 70 days to race day...

I hear ya. I pulled a calf muscle and not sure I will be able to race... The race is super close now.

That's what is scaring me. My training got derailed and I'm training for survival at this point. I'm halfway tempted to defer my entry to next year and be healthy coming into it.

My swim is solid. My run is so-so (long 13.5 this weekend), but bike is sucky long this weekend is 65 miles. If I can train for these last two build cycles without reinguring the pulled calf I should be able to finish the race, but it will be slow.

I got in a 95 mile bike today, not fast, not comfortable, but should be enough to get me through the IM. Calf held ok, knee only slightly grump.

How's your training going? You going to be able to race?

Less than 2 weeks to race, you good to go?

I should be able to finish if not super fast.
