 Comments: The chop was horrific. I hadn't warmed up properly but I never do and have had better races than this. I had to stop about 10 times. I considered having them pull me. I used up my legs in the swim. What would you do differently?: I need so much more open water practice.  Transition 1 
 Comments: Huge Transition but went well. What would you do differently?: Not have a terrible swim.  Bike 
 Comments: Rough bike ride. Lots of small hills. Strong headwind for the first half, tail wind for second half. I was so worn out from the swim. What would you do differently?: It was the best effort I could manage after the swim I had.  Transition 2 
 Comments: A bunch of people crammed their bikes onto my rack after they finished. Pissed me off but it's a large race so it is what it is. What would you do differently?: Know where run out is.  Run 
 Comments: My legs were completely used up at this point. I struggled to meet 4 minute run 1 minute walk. My right knee was hurting and my feet were pretty cut up from the swim. I did management to fix the stitch in my right side by breathing when I struck with my left foot. What would you do differently?: Not suck.  Post race Warm down: Walk around confused looking for beer. I need to do more of a warm up. I get into trouble when I don't get my heartrate up and then try to swim.
