Join us September 24th for our 7th annual CF Cycle for Life ride in the Lowcountry. Each year, more than 100 cyclists from all over South Carolina come together to ride “the road less traveled” in support of finding a cure for cystic fibrosis. This event is for all riders from beginners to advanced who are looking for a unique cycling experience

Course: Upon your arrival in Meggett, SC you will be greeted by volunteers who will serve you breakfast and bike mechanics to make sure your bike is ready to ride. Our top teams and cyclists will kick off the day as you begin your journey through the beautiful Lowcountry marshlands. As you make your way on either the short (25 – 30), long (60 – 65), or century (100) route, you may catch a glimpse of a friendly camel, a rare white fox squirrel, and other surprise spectacles. Just as you think you need a break, a fully stocked rest stop with welcoming volunteers will await you. Hopefully you will not need their help, but a support and gear vehicle (SAG) and medical team will be on-site all day long
