Comments: My plan was to run miles 1 & 2 in zone 2-3, miles 3 & 4 in zone 3-4 and on miles 5 & 6 go all out. Well, that's not how the run turned out. Mile one was in zone 2. The rest of the run was at LT in zone 4 - 5a. I felt really good the first 3 miles. Mile 4 I was trying to catch a couple of guys ahead of me, which I did. But by mile 6 I was spent and developed a side stitch. What would you do differently?: Start out slower and stick to the race plan. Concentrate more on Chi focus points. Several times I felt my form break down. ![]() Post race

Drove 2 hours to Roswell. Ate Golean bar, OJ and bannana.
Not much warm up. Jogged about half a mile. Stretched.
